TVS motors ranks among top 10 motorcycle manufacture of the world with claiming third position for India’s two wheeler manufacturer. TVS Excel has multi-reflector headlight iwhich mproves visibility and has flashy decals whichadd to the overall appeal. Ithe two wheeler uses telescopic spring for front suspension while at the rear it is presented with swing arm with hydraulic shocks. TVS Excel is available in several bright colors which look stunning make people gaze at you and your dream bike. The colours available are Red, Blue, Green and Black

Comfort features

TVS Excel has certainly improved safety with the 110mm diameter rear brakes The moped comes with a 4-litre fuel tank and inbuilt easy wheel removal mechanism. For reliable and safe ride, TVS Excel comes fitted with the auto wet clutch system. Bigger seat helps in a smooth and relaxed ride. It is powered with push button and a kick start system, So that if for any reason push button doesn’t seem to be working, you can always rely on kick start.

Engine

TVS Excel rides well and look s great too. Manufacturing and research engineers have put a lot of research work and thinking to make TVS Excel a sucess and the main key feature is what we don’t see – the engine.

The TVS Excel is blessed with a single cylinder, two-stroke engine which churns out a displacement of 69.9cc. The engine is capable of delivering a peak power of 3.5 bhp at 5000 rpm and a peak torque of 5 Nm at 3750 rpm. The moped has 4 litres fuel tank which includes one litre reserve fuel capacity. Electronic ignition system with Fly Wheel Magneto feature is a virtue in the moped.

Single Speed Gear Box is the primary drive for TVS Excel where as Roller Chain Drive is the secondary drive for the vehicle. Both the front and rear brakes of TVS Excel are drum brakes. A single speed gear box comes attached with roller chain drive. Rear suspension has adjustable hydraulic spring arm shocks while rront suspension has oil-filled telescopic spring assisted shocks. The wheelbase of the vehicle measures 1222 mm. Dry unladen weight of TVS Excel has been counted as 66kg where as gross vehicle weigth counts to 196 kg.
